How custom requests work
Step 1
Submit the form with as much detail as possible — material name, spec, and volume.
Step 2
Our trade desk checks the request against our supplier network, including organic-certified producers if requested.
Step 3
We respond within 48 hours confirming feasibility, indicative pricing and lead time.
